Offline Process
- To link your Aadhaar to your driving license, you need access to the RTO that issued your driving license.
- Request an Aadhaar link form from interested parties.
- Fill out the form with all necessary details, such as your driving license number, Aadhaar number, full name, and address.
- Take a copy of your Aadhaar card and driving license and attach them to the form.
- Submit the form along with these supporting documents to the appropriate department. Once your Aadhaar has been linked to your driving license, you will receive a text message on your registered mobile number.

- To link your driving license to your Aadhaar number, visit the website of the RTO that issued your driving license.
- Click on the Aadhaar Settings link.

- Enter and submit your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
- To complete this online process, you need to register your mobile number with your Aadhaar as it is required to complete the verification process. Once the OTP is submitted, it will be sent to the mobile number linked to Aadhaar.
- Enter the OTP received in the field provided and submit. Wait until you see the message “Your Aadhaar number and driving license have been linked successfully.”
